D4DOGZ uses Eparcel through Australia Post which is traceable, in checkout you can choose either regular Shipping or Express on occasions depending on your location we may use express post satchels which are also traceable, Pick-up is NOT available.

If your parcel is being delivered to a business address please add business name, otherwise Australia Post may return item back to us
Parcel returned to us with 'Return to Sender' due to you the Buyer entering incorrect details as the shipping address will not be returned without further postage costs paid by you, we also get charged a $10 fee from Australia post as of September 2015 and this charge will also be passed on. In the event that you decide to cancel your order if it is returned to sender then the original postage charge and the fee to return to us will be deducted from the refund. So please ensure the correct address is entered including Business name, House number/Property number and unit number, this also applies to any RTS (Return to Sender) parcels, a $10 fee will be deducted (as Australia Post Charge for us for this) from any refunds given.
D4DOGZ web site only displays the items we have in our Albury NSW warehouse, including stock levels.

The Order Process
Most orders will leave our warehouse on the day of the order if placed prior to 12 noon.
Our system allows you to receive an e-mail once your order is complete so you know it has been received by us, and if you need to make an adjustment please contact us.
We also send an e-mail to you once it has been shipped so you know your Parcel is on it’s way. If you do not receive these e-mails Please contact us after you have checked your spam/junk folder as the next most likely reason for not receiving these e-mails is that the wrong e-mail address was entered when you placed your order.
Delivery is dependant on your location, parcels are shipped from either Postcode 2640 or 2641 (time to you makes no difference) please check Australia Posts website for delivery times to your Postcode.
Peak times such as xmas may incur a slight delay, so please order allowing time for this.
For orders we ship via Australia Post
A delivery Address where someone is present during working hours is preferred such as a work address.
We ask for signature for our deliveries to protect your parcel delivery, if you are not home then Australia Post should leave a card for your parcel to be collected at post office. If you prefer and you know your property is safe you can request your parcel be left, please leave a comment in the checkout, this however will release D4DOGZ from any responsibility if your parcel goes missing.
Please note: D4DOGZ accepts no responsibility if you choose to have your parcel left at your property and it is stolen or damaged.
Parcels cannot be re-delivered to your address if you are not there, without our consent and will incur an additional re-delivery charge.
Please make sure your address details are correct as incorrect details will result in extended delivery times and additional cost to you. When we enter your address into eParcels system if we notice that your address isn't on the list or your postcode doesn't match etc. we will contact you to double check so we try hard to avoid incorrect address details.

Exchanges and Returns
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION, and in same condition as we sent and no pet hair, and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue a refund to the same method in which you paid for your order in Aus dollars, for the item returned only not freight costs.
Items sent back dirty, with fur on them, without packaging etc, will be sent straight back to you RTS, you can then rectify and send back to us for the refund/Exchange sorry but we have had some pretty disgusting items returned recently and have had to bin them, and that is not fair on us. For unwanted/Change of Mind merchandises the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. All Returns will require approval from us first.
All exchanges must be pre-approved prior to sending back and accompanied with a self addressed prepaid satchel for the replacement, any money owed by you will need to be paid prior to shipment, any refund due by us will be given prior to shipment also.
Products sent back without our prior knowledge and without a prepaid satchel enclosed for the return of an item, will automatically be refunded.
All Returns must be approved prior to return.
We suggest you send any returns, exchanges back using a traceable parcel via Australia Post, so you may be protected if the Parcel is lost.
When your item is returned to our delivery address the tracking information may say Delivered, when in fact it is not this is because it is sitting in our Post Box awaiting collection from us, this is Australia Post's process letting you know that it is delivered, when in fact it may not be actually received by us.
If your order qualifed for FREE Shipping, a restocking fee of our shipping cost (ex GST) will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility. Evidence of Damaged goods will need to be provided.
Please note all products are checked, weighed etc prior to packaging and are Packaged securely for your peace of mind.
