These Coaster's are made from 500 million year old slate from Blaenau Ffestiniog in North Wales. They are cored then individually split using a hammer and chisel.
The Coasters have a fabric backing to protect the surface it rests on.
Sizing
Coaster - Is approximately 8.5cm or 3 and a half inches in diameter and approx. 3mm thick.
