Where does D4DOGZ Ship to?

We only ship within Australia - We do not Ship outside of Australia

How secure is the D4DOGZ website

You will notice that all our URL's begin with https:// (rather than just http://), this confirms that our entire site is secure (every page not just the checkout like most ecommerce stores). The grey padlock to the left of the URL also indicates that our website has been verified and it is encrypted, you can click on this and read the details of our certificate.

D4DOGZ has a dedicated IT Manager to manage Network Security, this person is responsible for maintaining our Firewall, anti-Virus, Anti-Spy ware and Spam filter programs as well as our Daily Backup Procedures.

We use SecurePay as one of our Payment gateway for online transactions, they provide the most secure platform available in today's Market, and your Payment information is sent using the latest encryption technology from your Browser to our financial Institution, not through us.
With SecurePay we are unable to charge more to your card but we are able to give refunds in part or full, if the need arises.

You may choose a street address or PO Box

Regular Shipping Flat rate of $8.50 for parcels, free shipping if you spend $150.00 on products.
We choose to use Eparcel through Australia Post, you will receive an e-mail from Aus Post where you can track your parcel a signature will also be required unless you choose to advice us it is safe to leave - please let us know in the comments section of your order, otherwise a card should be left and your parcel will be taken back to the post office for collection.

Express Shipping Flat rate of $14.00 for parcels
We will ship via Eparcel express or Express post satchel shipping through Australia Post
As with regular shipping you may choose to have your parcel left in a safe place please just let us know.

Where will my Parcel be delivered to?

If you have given us a street address.
If you are not home at the time of delivery and you have not given us instructions to leave at a safe place i.e. front door, then a card will be left either at/under your front door or in your mail box. Occasionally these cards are not left so please check at your Post Office for any parcels.

If you have given us a PO Box address.
If your parcel is small enough it will be placed in your post box, if too large then a card should be left for you to collect inside the post Office.

If your address is a business please check at reception for the parcel or a card.

How can I order

You can use our secure website to place your order, simply add items to your cart, and when you have finished shopping, go to cart and complete your details, choose your shipping method and make your payment. If you prefer you may either call or e-mail us with the items you would like and we can process your order for you

Which payments are accepted

We accept Visa and Master card via SecurePay, Paypal; we also accept payment over the phone. You may choose to post a cheque or Money Order which will require clearance prior to your order being shipped. Or you can directly credit our bank account, details will be sent when your order is placed or you may contact us for those details
Orders where you choose to phone in your credit card details will only be held for 24 hours. Orders where you choose to send a Cheque or money order will only be kept if you phone or e-mail us within 24 hours stating that you are sending a cheque or money order. Orders you choose to deposit into our bank account will only be kept if you phone or e-mail us within 24 hours stating that you are depositing money into our account and payment is received within 7 days

Do you stock all the items on your website

Yes we do, our POS and ecommerce system allows us to only display items we have in stock, although in rare cases if more than one order comes through at a time for the same item and stock is very low, there may be a double up, we will always choose the first order that comes in as the one that purchased the product. Rest assured thou we will contact you as soon as we see your order come through and you may either choose another product, colour or receive a refund for all or part of your order or you may choose to wait until we receive more in stock which is usually within a week.

Can I add products to my order after I have committed and paid

Of course you can, providing the order hasn't been shipped already, just contact us as soon as possible.
If you have paid through SecurePay you have a few options
1. Contact us with either your Credit Card Details so we can manually charge your Card in Store
2. Pay by Direct Credit into our nab account, contact us for details
3. Post a cheque or Money order, this will require clearance before order can be sent.
4. Go through web site and place order as usual, choose 'Pick-up' as shipping option as this is no cost as freight already paid, then pay by SecurePay.
With all these please contact us first to ensure your Order hasn't already been shipped.

How long before I get my Order

We ship orders every business day, most orders leave our warehouse within a few hours of you placing your order, if placed before approx 2pm.

Can I return or Exchange an Item

Return for Refund
If you would like to return an item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can give you the correct address & procedure to return the item to.
Once we receive the item and it is in the same condition as we sent it, including no pet hair we will refund the money for the product , refunds are made to the same payment type that the purchase was made, for example if you paid via Paypal refunds will be via Paypal.
Return for Exchange
If you want to exchange your item for a different size, colour or product please contact us first, any products sent back without our prior knowledge and without a prepaid satchel enclosed for the return of an item, will automatically be refunded.
If we have made a mistake and sent an item wrong we will cover all costs.

What is a CVV Number

CVV is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. For Visa/MasterCard, the three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card's account number, it is the last three numbers.

Remember if you have created an account and at any stage you have to log-out of the site, your order is saved and waiting for you when you log back in, you'll love this feature if you lead a busy life

Lastly a word about images and descriptions on our Site
Any image, description etc found to have been copied without permission and used on another site including those such as eBay, will be asked nicely to be removed and if not then further action will be taken.
