D4DOGZ uses Eparcel through Australia Post which is traceable, in checkout you can choose either regular Shipping or Express, on occasions depending on your location we may use express post satchels which are also traceable, if you are local to 3747 postcode we may choose a local courier for your delivery.

Regular Shipping Australia Wide - Flat rate of $8.50 Inc GST. Orders over $150.00 are freight free

Express Shipping Australia Wide - Flat rate $14.00 inc gst.

Pick up from D4DOGZ in Beechworth NE Victoria 3747 - You are welcome to collect from our warehouse at Beechworth, Vic 3747. We will arrange a suitable time for you to collect.

If your parcel is being delivered to a business address please add business name, otherwise Australia Post may return item back to us

Stock Levels
D4DOGZ web site only displays the items we have in stock, occasionally where more than one order comes through for the same item and the stock on hand is low, there may be a delay we will notify you of this occurring, you can choose to either wait, take less or cancel order.

Payment types accepted
We accept Australian Visa’s and MasterCard’s which can be either entered into our Secure payment screen, you can also choose to have that information phoned through to us.
D4DOGZ provides a secure environment for the transfer of your confidential data from your browser to our financial institution using the latest encryption technology from SecurePay.


We also will accept payments directly paid into our account, cheque and money Orders. Please contact us for details.
Credit cards are cleared instantly, Cheques and Money orders & Direct Deposits need to be received and Cleared prior to goods being despatched.

Direct Deposits from your bank also require clearing.

Please Note: Any payments being made by direct deposit, Cheque or money order that are not received within 7 days from the date of order will be cancelled.

Receiving your Order
Most orders will leave our warehouse on the day of the order if placed prior to 12 noon.
Our system allows you to receive an e-mail once your order is complete so you know it has been received by us, and if you need to make an adjustment please contact us.
We also send an e-mail to you once it has been shipped so you know your Parcel is on it’s way.

Delivery depending on your location will be from the next day up to 10 days ( excepting in remote areas), Most orders are received on average 2 days.
Peak times such as xmas may incur a slight delay, so please order allowing time for this.

For orders we ship via Australia Post
A delivery Address where someone is present during working hours is preferred such as a work address.

Please indicate in the comments section the best place for your parcel to be left, for example front door, letter box, in garage, at reception etc, if no instructions are made then Australia Post should leave a card for your parcel to be collected at post office.

Please note: D4DOGZ accepts no responsibility if you choose to have your parcel left at your property and it is stolen or damaged.
Parcels cannot be re-delivered to your address if you are not there, without our consent and will incur an additional re-delivery charge.

Please make sure your address details are correct as incorrect details will result in extended delivery times and additional cost to you.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue a refund to your Paypal, Credit Card or the method in which you paid for your order in Aus dollars, for item only not freight costs.
For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
All exchanges must be pre-approved prior to sending back and accompanied with a self addressed prepaid satchel for the replacement, any money owed by you will need to be paid prior to shipment, any refund due by us will be given prior to shipment also.

Please note DVD’s cannot be returned and are inspected prior to despatch.

All Returns must be approved prior to return.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
