Firstly D4DOGZ has a dedicated IT Manager to manage Network Security, this person is responsible for maintaining our Firewall, anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware and Spam filter programs as well as our Daily Backup Procedures.
We use Securepay as the Payment gateway for online transactions, they provide the most secure platform available in todays Market, your Payment information is sent using the latest encryption technology from your Browser to our financial Institution, not through us.
With Securepay we are unable to charge more to your card but we are able to give refunds in part or full, if the need arises.
You will also notice when you login and enter your personal details that our site address changes from http:// to https://, this confirms that we are a secure site. How much is Shipping
For Street Address Deliveries in most cases D4DOGZ will use Priority Air Freight through Star Track Express ( Excluding NT & Remote Areas ), we find them to be as fast if not faster than Express Post, the cost for a satchel up to 5kg is $9.95. On some occassions we may choose Australia Post.
Large items such as strollers and orders over 5kg may incur an additional charge we will contact you prior to your order being shipped if this is the case.
You can also contact us for a quote on large orders.
For PO Box Deliveries we will use Australia Post. How can i order
You can use our secure website to place your order, simply add items to your cart and when you have finished shopping, go to cart and complete your details, choose your shipping method and make your payment.
If you prefer you may either call or e-mail us with the items you would like and we can process your order for you Which payments are accepted
We accept Visa and Master card via Securepay, Paypal, we also accept payment over the phone.
You may choose to post a cheque or Money Order which will require clearance prior to your oder being shipped.
Or you can directly credit our bank account, contact us for those details.
Orders where you choose to phone in your credit card details will only be held for 24 hours.
Do you stock all the items on your website
Yes we do, our POS and eccomerce system allows us to only display items we have in stock, although in some case where more than one order comes through at a time for the same item and stock is low or the same item is sold out in our retail store. There can be a delay in our System syncranizing with the website.
Rest assured thou we will contact you as soon as we see your order come through and you may either choose another product, colour or receive a refund for all or part of your order or you may choose to wait until we receive more in stock which is usually within a week. Can i add products to my order after i have committed and paid
Of course you can, providing the order hasn’t been shipped already, just contact us as soon as possible.
If you have paid through Securepay you have a few options
1. Contact us with either your Credit Card Details so we can manually charge your Card in Store
2. Pay by Direct Credit into our nab account, contact us for details
3. Post a cheque or Money order, this will require clearance before order can be sent.
4. Go through web site and place order as usual, choose ’Pick-up’ as shipping option as this is no cost as freight already paid, then pay by securepay.
With all these please contact us first to ensure your Order hasn’t already been shipped. How long before i get my Order
Street Address Orders
We have two Courier collections a day, the first at 10.30am and the second at approx 2.30pm.
We aim to get all orders out as quick as possible, for example if you ordered before 12noon on weekdays your order should leave that day and in most cases you should receive the next day. If there are any problems we will contact you.
Post Office Box Orders, NT and Remote Orders
These Orders will take longer due to the distance, but generally between 1-7 days.
Please Note we prefer to use Star Track Express as our courier, we can track these Parcels and find them to be very efficient. Where will my order be left
If Street Address is Chosen our courier company has the authority to leave your parcel at your premises, By default we will ask the Courier to leave at your front door if not home, if you have a preferred location for example ’Side of house’ or in ’garage’ please put this in the comment field of your order.
If you work all day and would prefer the parcel not to be left, please consider to have your order delivered to your Work address or even a friends or Neighbours house, please add any comments you think are relevant, for example ’Deliver to reception’ if a work address. Why did i get a refund for part of the freight
If D4DOGZ are able to use a local courier in our area to deliver your parcel you may find a small refund on your credit card, we will notify you of this.
