30cm - length of 25-30cm, Chest 33-45cm, Neck 28-37cm
35cm - length of 30-35cm, Chest 38-50cm, Neck 31-41cm
40cm - length of 35-40cm, Chest 43-55cm, Neck 36-45cm
45cm - length of 40-45cm, Chest 47-59cm, Neck 40-49cm

The Coat should be not too tight or restricting movement, you should be able to put two fingers between the coat and your dogs body.
